SEQOHS accreditation is awarded for five years from the date on the certificate, subject to services demonstrating they have continued to meet the standards at annual renewal assessments, subject to services demonstrating they have continued to meet the standards at annual renewal assessments.

If a service is stated as having an assessment booked, the service is still accredited until the result of the assessment.
